PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
PayPal is my preferred method of payment and is by far the quickest way, but I am very happy to accept United Kingdom cheques and postal orders. If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order please click on that option at the check out and I will send you an email with my address. Please note that your order will not be posted until your cheque clears the bank, please allow a few days for your cheque to clear. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. All payments are due with 10 working days of order confirmation please or items will be relisted and your order deleted.

PayPal will allow you to place your order through their secured server using your major credit card or checking account WITHOUT requiring you to become a PayPal member. POSTAGE INFORMATION
UK POSTAGE RATES
Up to £10 = £1.75
£10.01 to £15.00 = £2.50
£15.01 to £25.00 = £3.50
£25.01 to £50.00 = £5.00
£50.01 and above - Free
Orders are posted using Royal Mail within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment. I welcome International orders and will be very happy to quote you for shipping costs. I can only accept payment from overseas via PayPal, you can simply place your order and I will send you a PayPal request for the amount. When I accept an order from overseas it is on the understanding that The Homespun Loft is not responsible for any charges arising from customs or duties that need paying at your end.
Insurance is Optional, if you would like to insure your items, please email me at charlotte@thehomespunloft.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE: If you decide not to purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or broken during transit. I will pack all of my parcels with great care and items should be delivered to you in perfect condition! I obtain a Certificate of Posting for all parcels which I would be happy to show you, just let me know if there are any problems and I will do my utmost to help.

RETURNS POLICY
I will be happy to offer a full refund on items returned to me in undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt. I cannot refund your return postage.
