You are entitled to cancel your order from The Homespun Loft and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of the original delivery. Refunds will be made within 30 days. 
Fabric that has been cut to your requirements is not refundable unless it is faulty.

Other items are refundable but must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused and saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so we strongly recommend that you purchase sufficient insurance from the Post Office to cover the value.

If you wish to return an item please contact us and you will be provided with a return address.  

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time.  Please don’t assume that the same term will apply in the future.
